(2)This amount is related to Sammartino in connection with the acquisition of Nature's Remedy in September 2021. The acquisition-related milestone accrual of $5,000 and accrued interest of $2,677 as of June 30, 2024 was reclassified to other liabilities - non-current in the consolidated balance sheets, since the Company currently has no obligation to pay these amounts within the next 12 months from the balance sheet date.
