(1)In June 2023, the Company performed a reassessment of its previously classified real estate finance leases, resulting in some leases being reclassified from finance to operating. Refer to Note 10 - Leases for more information.
(2)The Company owns a 23.08% ownership interest in PV Culver City, LLC (“PVLLC”). The Company does not have significant influence over, and the Company does not have the right to vote or participate in the management of PVLLC and therefore the investment is measured at its fair value. Refer to Note 19 - Financial Instruments for more information relating to the fair value of this equity investment as of June 30, 2023.
