(1)These amounts are related to Sammartino in connection with the acquisition of Nature's Remedy in September 2021 which were classified as other liabilities - non-current in the consolidated balance sheets as of December 31, 2025 and 2024, since the Company currently has no obligation to pay these amounts within the next 12 months of the respective balance sheet dates.
