On September 26, 2022, Jushi Holdings Inc. issued a press release announcing that it filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the second quarter ended June 30, 2022 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and also filed reviewed and amended Q2 2022 Interim Financial Statements in Canada on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
