Comment for Type of Reporting Person: (1) This represents 4,391,540 Subordinate Voting Shares beneficially owned by Nomura Global Financial Products, Inc. ("NGFP"). NGFP is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nomura Holdings, Inc., which accordingly may be deemed to beneficially own the Subordinate Voting Shares beneficially owned by NGFP.
(2) The percent of class is calculated based on 196,696,597 Subordinate Voting Shares outstanding as of March 31, 2025, as reported in the Issuer's quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2025 filed with the SEC on May 8, 2025.
